As part of the farewell visits to armor units prior to his retirement on 23 May 2010. MGEN SAMUEL D NARCISE AFP Commander, Light Armor Division, Philippine Army visited headquarters 4LAB on 23 April 2010 with COL MAYORALGO DELA CRUZ(CAV) PA, Chief of Staff and several General Staff Officers of the Light Armor Division.

During the visit, MGEN NARCISE received a certificates and plaques of appreciation from the Provincial Disaster Coordinating Council-Quezon, SMART Lucena City, and Principals of Mayao Castillo and Mayao Parada Elementary Schools as a form of their gratitude to LAD’s continuing efforts in extending support and community service.
