TROOP COMMANDER'S GUIDANCE

 1. Strictly adhere to the Chain of Command. Always remind our troops the primordial role to uphold and defend our Constitution.

2. Always make our armored vehicles operationally ready at all times. Our armored vehicles are critical high-value assets that needs to be utilized with prudence to avoid unnecessary and costly repairs.

3. Always maintain high level of alertness and vigilance. We must train selected personnel to enhance our capability as the rapid deployment force of the Command.

4. Strict adherence to SOPs in the employment and utilization of our armored assets.

5. Strengthen our mechanized squads. Let us pursue Team-building to make our personnel cohesive and competitive in their endeavors.

6. Enhance our CI and intelligence collection. We will conduct training and send personnel on schooling to address the gap of intelligence-trained personnel.

7. Let us improve the discipline of our soldiers. Instill moral and spiritual values to our soldiers. As much as possible, let us remove the " guerilla attitude of soldiers deployed in the civilized environment".

8. Let us enhance our inter-operability trainings with other OPCON units attached in NCRCOM. Let us continue training on mechanized infantry tactics in an urban environment.

9. Let us encourage our personnel to continue with our various livelihood projects in the unit.

10. Maintain a healthy body and a sound mind. Let us pass our annual physical fitness program.
